Non-structural refurbishment of various Laboratories at different districts of Sindh

The Integrated Health Systems Strengthening & Service Delivery (IHSS-SD) Project, implemented by JSI
Research & Training Institute, Inc. (JSI), is soliciting quotations from eligible and qualified Offerors for
the Non-structural refurbishment of various Laboratories at different districts of Sindh province under a
vendor agreement/purchase Order.
JSI intends to issue a fixed-price contract to the Offeror that best meets the objectives of this solicitation
based on the evaluation review criteria described in this Request for Quotations (RFQ), subject to a risk
assessment. Qualified Offerors interested in submitting a quotation are encouraged to read this RFQ
thoroughly to understand the Bill of Quantities and requirements, quotation submission requirements,
and evaluation and selection process. The Integrated Health Systems Strengthening & Service Delivery
(IHSS-SD) Project is funded by the U.S. Department of State (the USG) and is subject to all applicable
regulations and provisions.
This document is a request for quotations only, and in no way obligates JSI or the Funding Source to
make any award; nor does it commit JSI to pay for any costs incurred in preparation or submission of
comments/suggestions or a quotation. Quotations are submitted at the risk of the Offeror. All
preparation and submission costs are at the Offeror’s expense.
Interested Offerors should submit their most competitive quotation in accordance with the instructions
and requirements of the RFQ.
