JSI seeks Offerors to provide a supplemental retirement fund for the staff of the JSI Bangladesh.
JSI Bangladesh intends to provide a supplemental retirement contribution equivalent to 7.5% from employee
base salary and 7.5% from employer. in line with JSI LEHM policy.
The organization is seeking a reliable and compliant retirement solution that ensures proper fund management,
secure investment, and transparent administration for employees.
It is understood that some offerors provide more than one type of scheme. The Offeror should provide the
information listed below for each scheme type it can offer given that:
a. JSI would contribute 7.5% of the gross monthly payroll to the scheme;
b. Employee contributions to the scheme would be same 7.5%;
c. Offeror is expected to provide the service for a minimum of one year, with the potential for annual
renewals..
d. Expected monthly pension contributions (both parties) total in BDT 574,228 (against 22 employees).
The Offeror’s proposal should include that JSI is open to evaluating different retirement solutions available in
Bangladesh, including insurance-based pension products, asset-managed retirement funds, and other compliant
mechanisms. For each scheme it manages, at a minimum, the following information:
