The Form 1095-Cs for 2025, which details offers of health insurance coverage for full-time employees, are now available only upon request and will no longer be automatically mailed. To obtain a copy of your form or for more information regarding Form 1095-Cs, please contact Mary Reinhalter in the People & Culture department.
