Procurement Description:
The Integrated Health Systems Strengthening and Service Delivery (IHSS-SD), implemented by JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. (JSI), is soliciting proposals from eligible and qualified Offerors to implement Comprehensive Warranty Support with parts and services for five (05) complete units of Delft Light Ultraportable X-ray Machines and CAD4TB already installed in the Mobile TB Vans (MTVs) and located in the different districts of Sindh province for a duration of one-year under a Offeror service agreement/Purchase Order.
JSI intends to issue a fixed-price agreement/contract/purchase order to the Offeror that best meets the objectives of this solicitation based on the evaluation review criteria described in this Request for Proposals (RFP), subject to a risk assessment. Qualified Offerors interested in submitting a proposal are encouraged to read this RFP thoroughly to understand the terms of reference, proposal submission requirements, and evaluation and selection process. The IHSS-SD Activity is funded by the U.S. Department of State and is subject to all applicable regulations and provisions.
This document is a request for proposals only, and in no way obligates JSI or the Funding Source to make any award; nor does it commit JSI to pay for any costs incurred in preparation or submission of comments/suggestions or a proposal. Proposals are submitted at the risk of the Offeror. All preparation and submission costs are at the Offeror’s expense.
Interested authorized service providers/partners of Delft (the manufacturer of Delft Light and CAD4TB) are requested to submit their most competitive proposal in accordance with the instructions and requirements of the RFP.
