JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. (herein referred to as “JSI”) is soliciting proposals for the Provision of Annual Staff Medical Insurance Services. This procurement is funded by the United States Department of State (DOS) and is subject to all applicable regulations and provisions.
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued for the provision of staff insurance services for JSI Bangladesh.
The procurement is divided into the following two (2) lots:
Lot 1: Group Medical (Health) Insurance
Lot 2: Group Life and Disability Insurance
Bidders may submit proposals for one or both lots. JSI reserves the right to award one or multiple contracts based on the evaluation of proposals.
Please submit your most competitive proposal in accordance with the instructions and product specifications. Any award issued as a result of this RFP will be subject to all instructions, product specifications, certifications and terms and conditions included in this RFP.
All offers must submit questions and proposals to subir.bhadra@jsi.org , with the subject line “RFP number BMIHR-RFP-003-26, Provision of Annual Staff Medical Insurance Services” by the deadlines indicated in the attached RFP.
Late proposals shall be rejected.
