John Snow, Inc. (JSI) serves as the Secretariat of the Child Health Task Force. The Task Force Secretariat is working in collaboration with USAID's Africa Bureau Office for Sustainable Development (AFR/SD) to operationalize USAID AFR/SD's two white papers on health and education (aka human capital investments). JSI is seeking a consultant to serve as a Technical Advisor to support this work. Please see the attached SOW for the full details of the position and desired qualifications.
