Measuring HIS Related Technical Assistant Performance

The Data Use Partnership (DUP): Enhancing National and Regional HIS Capacity project implemented by JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc., is soliciting proposals for Measuring HIS Related Technical Assistant Performance. The DUP project is funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) is subject to all applicable donor regulations and provisions.
